Located on the coastline of Route 1A in Hampton, North Beach Motel is directly across from North Beach! Guests can enjoy our fully equipped motel style rooms or the 2 bedroom beach cottage!​
Just under 2 miles from Hampton Beach in a residential area, far away enough to escape the traffic and crowds, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and all of entertainment that Hampton Beach has to offer!

More Beach Time
Each room comes with 1 parking spot, and you can arrive as early as 12:00PM! Come early, park early, get more beach time in while you wait for your room to be ready. Much better than waiting in a Lobby!​
Bring your Pet!
Leaving your pet at home while you’re on vacation is never fun! We are a pet friendly building and welcome almost all pets. North Beach is also one of the only beaches in New Hampshire where pets are allowed when the life guards are off duty! (Pets are always allowed on the beach during the off-season months)​
